§1.1 Whenever the term 'regulations' is used, it refers to this document.
§1.2 Management – is the direct superior and administrator of the server.
§1.3 Administration – a team of people appointed and led by the Management to supervise and run the server.
§1.4 User/Player – a person using the server's services.
§1.5 Tariff of Penalties – a list of penalties applicable for each violation of these regulations or other documents defining the internal law of the server.
§1.6 Mode – one of the sub-servers of the Minecraft server, which may be characterized by unique rules specified in a separate document.
§2.1 These regulations define the rules, conditions, and manner of operation of the BlockEmpire.eu server, hereinafter referred to as the server.
§2.2 Whenever the server is mentioned, it refers to all services related to its operation, including, but not limited to, the Minecraft server, the Discord server, and the website, unless these regulations state otherwise or another document regulating it is established.
§2.2.1 The server is subject to the laws in force in the Republic of Poland.
§2.3 By joining the server's community, the user voluntarily accepts these regulations and undertakes to comply with them while using the server.
§2.3.1 In the case of minors, it is considered that the parent or legal guardian has consented to the minor's participation in the use of the server's services.
§2.4 Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt from the obligation to comply with them.
§2.5 The use of the server is free of charge.
§2.6 The administration is not responsible for technical problems that hinder the use of the server and are not caused by an error of the technical team.
§2.7 The user is fully responsible for their actions.
§2.8 All violations of these regulations will be punished in accordance with the tariff of penalties.
§2.9 Each player has the right to have a maximum of one account on the server.
§2.10 It is forbidden to possess any software and files that give an advantage over other players.
§2.11 It is forbidden to promote content with strong negative, anti-Semitic, racist, Nazi, etc., overtones.
§2.12 It is forbidden to disclose personal data and content that violates the personal rights of other players or users.
§2.13 It is forbidden to exploit server or game bugs.
§2.14 It is forbidden to exchange/sell server items and services for other goods, currencies, and/or services in the real and electronic world.
§2.15 All kinds of scams during trades are forbidden.
§2.16 It is forbidden to carry out attacks on the networks and computers of other users and the server.
§2.17 It is forbidden to incite players against other users and the server Administration.
§2.18 It is forbidden to impersonate the administration and other members of the server.
§2.19 Every plot owner is its direct superior and is responsible for any reprehensible content on it.
§2.20 In the absence of clear evidence, reports will not be considered.
§2.20.1 False reports and harassment of users with unfounded accusations are forbidden.
§2.21 All laws of the Third Polish Republic apply on the server.
§2.22 The administration is not responsible for account hacks due to a weak password or its disclosure to third parties.
§2.23 All files, structures, and the entire concept of the server are the property of the Management.
§3.1 The Management consists of:
> CEO
> Head Administrators
> Administrators
§3.2 Each member of the Management has equal rights.
§3.3 The entire administration team is directly subordinate to the authority of the Management.
§3.4 Each member of the Management has the right to convene a Management meeting.
§3.5 The Administration consists of:
> Global Moderators
> Moderators
> Support
Maintaining the order from the most influential to the least.
§3.6 All complaints about the actions of the Administration should be reported in the form of a 'ticket' on the official Discord server.
§3.7 In the event of a complaint being filed against a member of the administration, they have the right to present their position, but cannot be the deciding person in their own case.
§3.8 Each member of the Administration is forbidden to favor other players.
§3.9 Each newly appointed member of the Administration begins with a probationary period of 30 days.
§3.10 If a positive recommendation from the Management is obtained and the thirty-day probationary period expires, the person receives a rank until recalled or resigned.
§3.11 If a negative recommendation from the Management is obtained and the thirty-day probationary period expires, the person is restored to the rank preceding the probationary period or is removed from the administration.
§3.12 Each member of the administration is obliged to help players on the help channels to the best of their ability.
§3.13 Insults in private messages to the administration are forbidden.
§3.14 Any attempts to bribe a member of the Administration will be severely punished.
§3.15 Each member of the Administration is obliged to set an exemplary example for other players.
§3.16 The decision of a given member of the Administration can only be challenged by a person with a higher rank or a member of the Management.
§3.17 The decision of a given member of the Management is absolute and unquestionable.
§3.17.1 An appeal against the decision of a Management member is possible to the entire Management, however, this only applies to matters related to the Administration.
§3.18 There is no direct appeal to the Management against the decision of an administration member who is not a member of the Management.
§3.19 The decision of the Management is absolute and unquestionable.
§3.20 Administration meetings are convened at the request of a Management member, the Management, or at least 5 administration members with the rank of Support or higher.
§3.20.1 In the above case, at least one member of the Management must participate in the meeting.
§3.21 Everyone entitled to participate in an Administration meeting must be notified at least 48 hours before it takes place.
§3.21.1 Information about the Administration Meeting is provided by a Global Moderator or a member of the Management.
§3.22 In the event of a violation of these regulations by a member of the Administration, persons of higher rank are obliged to take appropriate intervention within their competence and inform the Management about the matter.
§3.23 Failure to take appropriate action as described in the point above is equivalent to complicity in the violation.
§3.24 The Management reserves the right to change the composition of the Administration if it deems that further restraint from this decision will harm the server.
§3.25 The Management adopts the documents referred to in §3.2 by a 51% majority and makes them public no later than 7 days from the date of voting.
§3.25.1 The document enters into force on the date of publication.
§3.26 In the event of resignation from an administrative rank, the person has the right to return to a lower rank with the consent of the Management.
§3.27 Applications are considered once per month unless the Management decides otherwise.
§4.1 The use of vulgar language, any content in any form, language, or pronunciation is prohibited between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
§4.2 Spamming, flooding, and writing in all capital letters in most messages are prohibited.
§4.3 Insulting other players and/or the administration, spreading hatred and/or inciting it, deliberate provocation, and insulting religious feelings are prohibited.
§4.4 Advertising other Minecraft servers and services not related to our network is prohibited.
§4.5 The administration reserves the right to stop escalation between players as quickly as possible.
§4.6 These regulations apply to public chats, while private messages are at the discretion of the users, maintaining basic levels of decency.
§4.7 The use of racist, sexual, Nazi, and other reprehensible undertones is prohibited.
§5.1 A list of penalties that may be imposed for violating the regulations:
> Warning (warn)
> Chat silence from 5 minutes to 7 days (tempmute)
> Permanent silence (permmute)
> Removal from the server (kick)
> Temporary ban from 10 minutes to 30 days (tempban)
> Permanent ban (ban)
§6.1 Text Channels
§6.1.1 The maximum allowed number of emoticons in one message is 5.
§6.1.2 It is forbidden to discuss and argue within controversial topics and to publish inappropriate content, that is:
> vulgar
> erotic
> religious
> racist
> political
> and all related to them
§6.1.3 Spamming, flooding, and excessive use of caps lock are prohibited.
§6.1.4 Writing in an illegible font is not allowed.
§6.1.5 Sending copy-pastes and things commonly regarded as "chain messages" is prohibited.
§6.1.6 Insulting and provoking arguments with players, administration, moderation, and the server are prohibited. §7.7 Sending photos depicting inappropriate content is prohibited.
§6.2 Voice Channels
§6.2.1 Shouting is prohibited.
§6.2.2 Insulting is prohibited.
§6.2.3 Playing binds and using a voice modulator are prohibited.
§6.2.4 Trolling is prohibited.
§6.2.5 Discussing vulgar/offensive/political etc. topics is prohibited.
§6.2.6 Blowing into the microphone and making strange noises is prohibited.
§6.2.7 Streaming unethical content, remote classes, Omegle, and materials revealing other people's data is prohibited.
§6.2.8 Advertising and trying to sell anything is prohibited.
§6.2.9 Being in the help center unnecessarily and trolling there is prohibited.
§7.1 The administration reserves the right to impose a higher penalty than in the tariff of penalties in the case of a player's recidivism.
§7.2 The Management reserves the right to change the regulations at any time.
§7.3 The administration reserves the right to impose a penalty if a player's actions are detrimental to the server.
§7.4 If a player believes that a penalty has been imposed groundlessly or disproportionately to the offense, they have the right to appeal, which is submitted in the form of a 'ticket' on the official Discord server.
§7.4.1 An appeal against the decision of an individual member of the administration can be submitted to the appropriate superior (see "Administration Regulations").
§7.5 In cases not described in these regulations or the tariff of penalties, the final decision is made by the Administration, the Management, or its representative.
The above regulations are protected under the Act of February 4, 1994, on Copyright and Related Rights, as amended. Copying and distribution without the author's consent is therefore prohibited under penalty of law.
